What is event coverage?

Event Coverage Service is when Cyberbang joins or follows any of your event, to provide live feed (screen projector view) with or without recording services. Lets take wedding ceremony as an example to understand this service better. Most of our clients (for wedding event), has more than 500 guests and the event is held inside a large hall. Our clients realize that people sitting at the back cannot see what is happening on the stage clearly. As a way to appreciate their guest for coming to the wedding, Cyberbang team was called to set up multi-camera live feed with big projector screen view, so that every guest can enjoy watching and get involved in the ceremony even from a distance!

Take note that the event is projected in High Definition / High Resolution and also recorded in HD Digital Format, so that our clients (bride/bridegroom/host) can view the recording of the event later or keep it as the “Moments to Remember” in their life!

Our event coverage service is very flexible and comprehensive designed to cater your need which suit your budget. We can provide with either single camera or multiple cameras live feed. The more cameras you have, the more precious moments can be captured and kept for many years to come. Our clients can keep the recordings in its original state (also referred as the raw footage) or we can edit it for you, with the touch of Cyberbang’s creative team.

AXIATA YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM 2016

AYTP 2016

AYTP (Axiata Young Talent Program) is considered a big event coverage which took several weeks to complete in many different locations. This is an annual event for Axiata Foundation and they want to focus on the Activities of the Participants and Participants Feedback/Testimonial.
Axiata Foundation committee can view the recordings and compare with the previous years footage as feedback, to further improve their program in the future.

This event coverage requires :-

3 Cyberbang Crews equipped with 2 Cameras and 1 Jimmy Jib crane.
Dedicated minimum of 6 hours for each recording location.
A detailed meeting/discussion with the event manager every week.

This coverage is suitable for purposes as below :-

The prestigious International Equestrian Event, made its debut in the region of Asia, in a country widely known as the “Truly Asia” country, Malaysia. This 5 star rated, Federation Equestrian International (FEI) Kuala Lumpur Grand Prix made its debut in the year 2003 at Putra Stadium, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. FEI Grand Prix is famous in United States and Europe but now has gained attention in the Asian region as well, when each year, it brings the Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions and professional athletes from around the globe to Malaysia, fighting for victory & glory in the equestrian sport for their respective country.

FEI KLGP & World Cup

FEI KL Grand Prix & World Cup Horse Showjumping is the biggest event coverage we ever had to date. You cannot ask for a bigger event when you already has the whole world as your audience (but as a side note, yes we want bigger challenges to come)! This annual equestrian event coverage is focusing on Sports Activities, the excited Crowd/Spectators & Live Worldwide Telecast.

This event coverage requires :-

15 Cyberbang Crews equipped with 5 Cameras and 3 Jimmy Jib crane.
Dedicated in total 5 full days for every event each year.
A comprehensive meeting every week for 3 months before the event starts.
